1. Ingredients: 17g of flour, proper amount of water, 3g of yeast and 23g of sweet potato flour.
2. Add a small amount of warm water to the sweet potato flour, flour and yeast, then add water and stir to form a floccule.
3. Cover with plastic wrap, ferment for 3 minutes, knead the dough, make it into a corn-head shape, and ferment for another 1 minutes.
4. Put it in a pot and steam for 2 minutes, then turn off the fire and stew for 1-2 minutes.
