Tip:

Experiment with different spices. Try adding chili powder, rosemary, soy sauce, honey or lemon pepper or use them in place of other spices.

You can make the dip up to a week in advance. Store the dip in the refrigerator, and when you're ready to use it, take it out and heat it up in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Check regularly when grilling chicken wings; they can dry out quickly. You may be tempted to cover the wings while baking, but it's best not to cover them with aluminum paper or a lid because then they won't be as crispy.
