Steps
1. Remove the hair from the elbow, wash it, and blanch it in boiling water to remove the blood foam.
2. Put the elbows in a cooking pot, add the ingredients: green onions, ginger slices, pepper, aniseed, bay leaves, cinnamon, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar and cooking wine, and then add water. The water should be submerged. Go over the entire pork knuckle.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat and remove the bones after 20 minutes.
4. Put all the elbow meat and bones into the pot and continue to cook. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Stew until the pork elbow is soft and tender, then take it out and serve on a plate.
