Dried radish leaves and scrambled eggs
Ingredients: 1 handful of radish leaves, 1 bag of dried eggs, 4 pieces of garlic, 3 dried chili peppers, half a spoonful of salt, and 1 spoonful of light soy sauce.
Method:
1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Clean the radish leaves several times and cut them into small sections.
3. Boil half a pot of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, and blanch the radish. When it changes color, take it out to remove the spiciness and slight bitterness of the radish.
4. Cut the eggs into long strips, then cut them into small dices and put them on a plate for later use.
5. Flatten and peel the garlic with a knife, cut into minced garlic, rinse and cut the dried chili into small pieces.
6. Add a little more oil to the pot, add minced garlic and chili segments and stir-fry until fragrant. Add blanched radish leaves and stir-fry.
7. Stir-fry for 3 minutes, add half a spoonful of salt, 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. Add the eggs and stir-fry for a few times before serving.
