Practice steps

Tips for making mushroom soup
1, Tricholoma must buy fresh primary color Tricholoma, Tricholoma whose surface is too white is bleached.
2. When processing Tricholoma, you can directly tear off the skin on the surface by hand or directly rinse it with clean water.
3. When frying Tricholoma, be sure to use minimum fire.
4. Fry until the mushroom produces soup, and the soup almost fills the whole mushroom.
