1. Ingredients: 120g corn flour, 80g soybean flour, 18g sugar, 2g baking soda, 142g water, 18g oil.
2. Mix cornmeal, soybean flour, sugar and baking soda together.
3. Pour water and oil into the mixture.
4. Use chopsticks to mix the cornmeal and water evenly.
5. Knead the cornmeal evenly, knead it into a ball and let it rise for 40 minutes.
6. After the corn dough has finished proofing, roll the dough into a long strip.
7. Divide the dough into 8 portions.
8. Use your hands to roll the ingredients into steamed buns.
9. Steam the steamed cornstarch in a pot of cold water over high heat. After the water is boiling, turn to medium heat and continue to steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
10. The sweet and soft steamed buns are ready.
