Air fryer (my home is Shenhua brand), egg tart skin (bought in supermarket), egg tart liquid (made by myself, raw materials include: milk, eggs, sugar);
Let's make the egg tart into liquid first. First, prepare a small pot, not too big, and you can use it once (7 egg tarts). Then pour half a bag of milk, 2 eggs and 2 spoonfuls of sugar (you can put more if you like sweetness) into a small basin and stir well together;
Then take out the egg tart skin, and pour the evenly stirred egg tart liquid into the egg tart skin one by one until it is eight points full, not too full, otherwise the egg tart liquid will easily overflow during the making process.
Finally, put the egg tarts into the air fryer one by one, and bake for 180 12 minutes, just to achieve the effect of crispy outside and tender inside. Note: Each air fryer is different, and the temperature and time are determined according to the nature of its own air fryer. If you are afraid of baking for the first time, bake for 180 10 minutes.
