Ingredients: Pleurotus ostreatus, lean pork and chopped green onion;
Practice:
1. Tear small pieces of Pleurotus ostreatus and wash it;
2. Add a little salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of starch to the lean pork, stir well, and marinate for 10 minute;
3. Pour oil into the pot and saute coriander and ginger, then add a bowl of clear water, add oyster mushrooms and boil;
4. Add the marinated meat slices and continue to cook for three or four minutes;
5. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
