Spiced sauce donkey meat
Ingredients: donkey meat 1000g.
Accessories:
Onion 15g, ginger slice 15g, refined salt 10g, sugar 10g, soy sauce 50g, white wine 15g, hawthorn slice 2g, pepper 5g, aniseed 5g, licorice 5g, clove 5g, cinnamon 5g, grass 5g.
Exercise:
1. Cut the donkey meat into two pieces, soak it in cold water for about 4 hours, take it out, put it in a boiling water pot, cook it for about 5 minutes, then wash it and pat it gently.
2. Put licorice, clove, cinnamon, tsaoko, hawthorn slices, aniseed, pepper and fennel into gauze bags, tie the mouth tightly with a rope, put it into a pot, pour water, add donkey meat, onion, ginger slices, refined salt, soy sauce, sugar and white wine, boil, skim off foam and stew for 2 hours.

Tips:
