Shao Kang, the sixth king of Xia Dynasty in China, was the son of Xiang and the father of Gao. He is the posthumous son of Xiang. Shao Kang was not born when Xiang was forced to commit suicide. At that time, Hou Jin's mother ignored the loss of grief and the dignity of the queen. She climbed out of the dog hole with the maid-in-waiting and fled to her family, where there was her tribe. The next year, she gave birth to Shao Kang.
In the last years of Wang Xiang, Hou Yi rebelled and usurped the throne. Seven years later, Han Zhuo killed Hou Yi, usurped the throne, and pursued Xiang. When Xiang died, his wife Hou Yi became pregnant, and she was forced to flee back to Shaokang. The posthumous child had the next stage. Shao Kang grew up to be a priest, and later fled to Youshi to become a priest. He married in Yicheng, an oil field, with 500 travelers. Actively strive for Xia Zhong and Xia Min, aiming at restoring the country. With the help of Shui Guan and Shui Ti, the tribes with the same surname joined forces with old ministers and others to attack and destroy Han Zhuo and restore the rule of Xia Dynasty. Shaokang is also the capital of Yang Xia, which is called Shaokang Zhongxing in history books. After that, Shao Kang moved to Yuan.
Another way of saying this is that Du Kang is the "ancestor of brewing" in the historical biography of China, and his date of birth and death is unknown. According to the folklore of different regions, Du Kang, a wine-making sage, is also said to be the Yellow Emperor, the monarch of Xia Dynasty, the wine-making sage of Zhou Dynasty and Du Kangzhi of Han Dynasty.
According to legend, Du Kang was the inventor of wine, so later generations honored Du Kang as Dionysus, while Du Kang was regarded as the ancestor of the wine-making industry. Kong introduced Han Ying Shaoshi's book: "Du Kang makes wine", and later generations borrowed "Du Kang" to refer to wine. Du died in Baishui, which is the pride of Baishui people. Du Kang's wines have created simple customs and ancient white water culture. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China, there were thousands of white water stoves and four wineries. During the Three Kingdoms period, Cao Cao chanted "Boldness, unforgettable worries, how to solve worries, only Du Kang": Du Fu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, wrote beautiful poems such as "Night in Peng Ya, the moon shines on Baishui Mountain" and "Du Fu's wine is diligent"; Pi Rixiu, a poet in the late Tang Dynasty, also wrote a good word, "Dripping water makes Du Kang empty", and the rich Dukang wine made the Loess Plateau.
In a word, there are countless other statements about Du Kang's identity. The famous ones are as follows:
1. Selected Works of Xiao Tong in the Southern and Northern Dynasties said that Du Kang was a native of the Yellow Emperor.
2. Zhang Hua wrote a natural history in the Western Jin Dynasty, saying that Du Kang was the satrap of Jiuquan in the Han Dynasty and was good at making wine.
3. In Song Dynasty, Brother Dou said that Du Kang was from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.
4. It is also said that Du Kang is from Yicheng, Baishui and other places.
Actually, the surname Du appeared in the Zhou Dynasty, and it is not credible to say that Shao Kang is Du Kang. According to some documents, Du Kang may be the founder of making wine with sorghum. Perhaps because of his superb craftsmanship and the good taste of kaoliang liquor, Du Kangshan's reputation for brewing wine has risen. Over time, he was passed down as the earliest brewer, and then confused with Shao Kang.
