1. Rice cooker stewing method:
This simmering method is actually the same as the one I used. Add water to the rice cooker and bring it to a boil, then turn it to the keep warm setting. Repeat after a while.
Soaking beans once or twice is enough, while beans that have not been soaked need to be soaked three or four times.
2. Alkali noodles method:
When cooking red beans, add a little alkaline noodles, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until they are done, but this is not recommended because Alkalis destroy nutrients.
3. Insulation method:
Soak the red beans for a few hours, add water to boil, immediately pour them into a thermos bottle, cover the lid, and they will bloom soon.
4. Dry-fry method:
Put the beans in over medium dry-fry until the color is slightly yellow and the fragrance comes out, then add water to cook.
5. Cold shock method:
Soak the beans in ice water. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the red beans. After boiling, add some cold water. Repeat several times and it will soon be done. flowering.
6. Freezing method:
Soak the beans in hot water and freeze them in the refrigerator. Take them out and cook them the next day.
7. Hot water soaking method:
Heat the beans in water, cover and soak for 30 minutes, and cook for ten minutes before they are cooked. (It is said to be the method taught by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China)
8. Pressure cooker method:
This is the most commonly used method in most people’s homes. Most of the difficult-to-cook things are left to the pressure cooker. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer for 15 minutes.
9. Pressure cooker stewing method:
There is no need to soak the beans. Put them in the pressure cooker and boil for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. They will bloom after simmering for a while.
