The Shenlong set is a set of champagne like Ace of Spades sold in the bar.
The Ace of Spades Champagne House was founded by the Cattier family. As early as 1763, in a small village in France, the Cartier family owned their own vineyard, planted grapes, and brewed champagne.
There are three main grapes used in the winemaking of Ace of Spades Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The quality of the Chardonnay grape gives the Ace of Spades Champagne its lively character; Pinot Noir adds strength and structure to the champagne, making the taste of the Ace of Spades Champagne more layered; Pinot Meunier adds to the Ace of Spades champagne Champagne offers a rounded taste, subtle aromas and rich fruit flavours. The grapes are picked from the first and grand cru vineyards in the Champagne region.
