Compared with Baiguo moon cakes, moon cakes are drum-shaped, with slightly bulging edges, clear patterns and handwriting, correct shape, no skin breakage, no stuffing exposure and clear edges and corners; The surface is golden yellow, with no white spots, uniform color, oily luster, ivory edge and brownish red bottom.
