How to make scallion pancakes
Ingredients: flour, green onions, salt, cooking oil
Method:
1, flour in a large pot, add boiling water and chopsticks into flocculent, and then add the right amount of cool water to knead into a softer dough, masked with plastic wrap aside to rest for about 30 minutes;
2, green onions chopped;
3, Knead the dough repeatedly until smooth, divide it into several equal pieces, take one of the dough and roll it out as thinly as possible, evenly coat with cooking oil, sprinkle with salt and chopped green onion. Roll up the dough from each end to the center (as shown in Picture 8), twist the roll a few times in one direction, and then roll it up to close the mouth and press it tightly. Gently roll out the coiled biscuits and let them rest for 5 minutes before placing them in a pan to cook;
4. Pour a small amount of oil into a pan, heat it up, add the biscuits, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low heat until one side is golden brown and turn over, and then remove from the pan when both sides are golden brown
