5. After soaking the sweet potato vermicelli, clean it twice with clear water, scoop it up and drain it, and pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix.
6. Pour the pressed pork belly into the wok again, add the sweet potato vermicelli mixed with soy sauce, mix well and cook for 10 minutes until the sweet potato vermicelli is cooked thoroughly. Add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate seasoning according to your own taste, sprinkle with a handful of green onions and mix well.
Pork stewed beans food: pork belly 200g, long beans120g, ginger slices, garlic paste and winter shavings, 2g of salt, 2g of chicken essence powder, 4g of white sugar, 5g of south milk, rice wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and vegetable oil.
