2.Then Cut off the bottom of the other side of the pineapple
3. Put the pineapple with the ends cut off on the counter
4. Use a knife to peel off the skin as shown in the picture
5. The peeled pineapple is covered with fruit eyes, look closely, is it not distributed in a regular pattern
6. Follow the regular pattern, use the knife to cut diagonally on one side first, and then diagonally on the other side
7. ...pick out the fruit eye
8. Repeat the above actions, as shown in the picture, the last circle of the fruit eye is left
9. (If you are eating it raw, cut off the core part, that part is harder and has a bad texture.)
11. Cut it into chunks
12. Put it in a blender and puree it without breaking it up too much
How to make pineapple jam:
13. Put the puree on a plate and sprinkle sugar on the top, then cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight
15. >15. Remove the chilled pineapple puree and pour directly into the stainless steel, add maltose and bring to a boil over high heat
16. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat until slightly thickened (about 30 minutes)
17. Pour in the lemon juice
18. Boil for 5 minutes more, and the pineapple jam will be ready
Prepare a clean glass jar and boil it over boiling water. Cooked jam while hot into the bottle, tighten the lid, cooled and placed in the refrigerator to keep cold.
