Slice the chicken breast and marinate it in light soy sauce and cooking wine for one to two hours.

Pour a little cold oil into a hot pan, stir-fry the marinated chicken until the meat turns white.

Add a bowl of water to the pan, add the mushrooms and season with salt, white pepper and chicken seasoning. I like to add more chicken essence for a fresher flavor. Cook over high heat.
