Maotai-flavored pancakes
Maotai-flavored pancakes, also called “Chinese-style pizza” by some, are a relatively famous street snack. Take a bite, it's crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. It's a very delicious staple food. Below, I will introduce to you how to make this sauce-flavored pancake. It should be mentioned that this is a home-made method and is only suitable for our home-made production~
The specific production method
P. Step one: Prepare the ingredients. 500 grams of flour, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of chives, appropriate amount of cooked white sesame seeds, 20 grams of Pixian bean paste, 20 grams of soybean paste, and 10 grams of sweet noodle paste.
Slowly pour an appropriate amount of boiling water into the flour and stir until it becomes flocculent. As shown in the picture
Step 2: Pour a little water into the basin and mix into a smooth and soft dough. Then cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about 1 hour.
Step 3: Start preparing the sauce. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the minced ginger into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4: Put the Pixian bean paste into the pot and stir-fry until the red oil comes out.
Step 5: Put the soybean paste and sweet noodle paste into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and set aside. (Put some sugar to neutralize the sauce flavor.)
Step 6: After the dough has risen, take it out and knead it evenly.
Step 7: Roll out the dough, then apply a thin layer of oil and sprinkle with a little dry flour, as shown in the picture.
Step 8: Roll up the dough from one side, as shown in the picture. Then cut into equal-sized dough balls.
Step 9: Take a small dough and roll it into a thin pancake, as shown in the picture.
Step 10: Pour a little oil into the pan, then put the rolled out cake into the pan and start baking over low heat.
Step 11: Flip until one side is slightly brown, as shown in the picture.
Step 12: When the cake is cooked, spread a layer of sauce on the cake, then sprinkle a little chives and white sesame seeds and serve. (The sauce is quite salty, so please use it in moderation~)
