How to make rice for Japanese onigiri
Normal white rice will do

Ingredients

Hot rice, sesame seeds, seaweed, pickled plums, a pinch of salt, a little water

How to do it

1. Spread a spoonful of hot rice, sprinkle sesame seeds and seaweed crumbles and mix it well, and put a pickled plum inside.    

2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a little water on your hands, and shape the rice into a circle, or a triangle.

3. Wrap a strip of seaweed around the outside, or leave it on.

Tips

The rice can be mixed with whatever you want, the easiest is to not mix anything, just sprinkle some salt on it!
