Tools/materials: burdock 200g, green pepper 1, red pepper 1, onion 1, minced garlic, Jiang Mo, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, starch water and edible oil.
1. Slice beef tenderloin, add proper amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar and starch and marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Shred green pepper, red pepper and onion for later use.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add minced garlic and Jiang Mo after heating, and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Put the marinated beef tenderloin into the pot and stir-fry until it changes color.
5. Add the right amount of salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste and continue to stir fry until cooked.
