After soaking peanuts, prepare a pot, put clean water in the pot, and bring it to a boil. Then put pepper, cinnamon, star anise and dried red pepper in it to boil, put peanuts in it, and add a proper amount of salt (put more in the heavy taste, less in the light taste) to continue cooking with high fire. After boiling again, turn it to medium and small fire, cover the pot and cook for about half an hour. Be sure to cook peanuts.
Then take out the cooked peanuts, control the water to dry and put them in a larger bowl, and let them cool. When the peanuts are completely cooled, we will put a proper amount of white sugar and salt into the bowl filled with peanuts, and then prepare pickled peppers (pickled peppers are made by mom herself, which tastes super good and is hygienic to eat, if not, you can buy them in the supermarket), then pour a little white vinegar on them, and then marinate the soup with pickled peppers.
