Different ways to make rice pudding
Rice pudding
Ingredients
1 bowl of rice, 200 ml of milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
1. Pour the cold rice into a large bowl, add the egg, milk and sugar and mix well
2. Steam the rice in a pot for 40 minutes or microwave for 5 minutes
Tips
1. The first time I steamed the rice in a pot, it took a long time to cook, but the second time I used the microwave for convenience, and it was much faster. 2. Ingredients

Rice Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup boiled Basmati rice (if you are using white rice, soak it in water for 20 minutes for ? cup white rice)
1/3 cup of sugar (if you don't have a sweet tooth, you can cut it down to ? cup)
3-4 cardamom seeds (Cardamom). Crack open the seeds
A pinch of saffron about 20 sticks.
1 tbsp cashew nut slightly chopped
1-2 tbsp raisins
5 cups of milk (2% or full fat)
Directions
First, heat the milk a little bit, and then add the rice/rice, after boiling over a low flame to simmer for 25-30 minutes, into a state of diluted rice in the middle of the constant stirring because the milk is easier to paste the bottom. The milk is easier to paste the bottom.
Then add the cashew sugar, cardamom seeds and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from heat. Add raisins and 3/4th of the saffron and the rest of the saffron for garnishing.
Rice pudding can be served hot or better refrigerated for better flavor. It can also be prepared the night before and refrigerated if making a party dessert.
