Tomato fried ribs method:
First of all, the preparation of materials. Wash the main ingredients ribs, chili peppers and tomatoes with tap water and cut them into a plate. As shown below
Secondly, heat a pot of boiling water and boil it, put the ribs in and cook for a while. The purpose of this is to let the ribs go through the water once, so that the meat becomes soft and clean thoroughly.
Next, after cooking for a few minutes, pour out the water in the pot leaving only the ribs. Turn on the heat and continue to stir-fry, allowing the water to evaporate.
Then, once the water has evaporated, add peanut oil and continue to stir-fry the ribs until they are almost 80% cooked.
Next, add the tomatoes and peppers to the pot and stir-fry with the ribs. Remember to keep the heat in check so that the flavor is fragrant.
Finally, sprinkle some salt and monosodium glutamate (MSG), stir for a while, and the tomato ribs will be ready to serve.
