Ghost Mom is an American best-selling novel. Author Neil Gaiman himself said, "I originally intended to write a short story of 5-10 pages for my daughter, but the story took on a life of its own ...... Kids will see it as a fun adventure, and adults will have nightmares reading it.

Summary of the novel:A locked door is opened, a ghostly door to another world. As soon as the girl, Caroline, walks in, she discovers the secret lurking behind the door: in this house, she has another "mother", a kind "mother" with a pair of black button eyes, and she wants to leave her behind forever. Behind the mirror, she sees three lost souls, children who have been trapped here for years. To escape her clutches, to save herself, to escape back to her real mom on the other side of the door, she'll have to use her wits.
