Ingredients
Celery 145g dried beans 180g kelp 80g Odessa ham 25g garlic 2 cloves ginger 2-3 slices water 50cc salt 1/4 tsp white pepper

Destroy the celery and cut into pieces; slice the dried beans; slice the kelp; and cut the ham into strips

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and fry the ham until browned on both sides, then remove and set aside

Sauté the garlic/ginger in the original pan over medium heat, then stir-fry the celery, then add 50 cc of water and simmer for 1 minute with the lid on the pan.

Toss in the dried beans and kelp, stir-frying for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the seasonings and stir-fry well, then add the ham and stir-fry a little before removing from the pan.
