We can measure it directly by hand. When we wrap the thumb and middle finger of the right hand around the wrist of the left hand, we know that there is a bulge in our wrist. Circle the place where the bone protrudes.
If we find that our thumb and middle finger can't be close together, then our skeleton is bigger. If we happen to meet each other, our bones are in a relatively normal state. If we find that our thumb and middle finger have touched more than one nail, then our stock price is relatively small.
This is a simple and easy measurement method. Even if 100% is not accurate, we can roughly measure the size of our skeleton.
Of course, if we think this method is not accurate enough, we can also measure our wrists with a tape measure and then calculate which one we belong to according to a certain formula. If this value is less than 9.9, it is a big skeleton; if it is greater than 10.9, it is a small skeleton in the middle.
Of course it doesn't matter. Just be yourself. Therefore, don't think you should be thinner just because your skeleton is big. Just be yourself anyway. There is no need to blindly pursue excessive beauty, the size of the skeleton is not important, and keeping healthy is the most important thing.
