5000g of fresh garlic, 0/000g of sugar/kloc-,500g of salt and 2250g of vinegar.
Method:
(1) Remove the garlic roots and peel off the garlic skin, leaving 2~3 layers of garlic skin.
(2) Take a clean container, add garlic, add salt, mix well and marinate for 1~2 days.
(3) Boil the sugar and vinegar in a pot, let it cool, and pour it into a container filled with garlic. The sweet and sour juice should be soaked in garlic, and then covered (or sealed with paper). Gently stir 1 2 times a day for 2 to 5 days, and serve after 40 days.
