3. Mung bean, barley and Gorgon porridge: (1) Ingredients: mung beans, barley and dried Gorgon. (2) Wash mung beans, barley and dried gorgon seeds. (2) Soak together for 1 to 2 hours, then take out. (3) Put the mung beans and barley into the pot and cook slowly. When they are almost cooked, add the Gorgon seeds. (4) After boiling, add sugar to taste and serve.
