1, prepare spiced marinades: cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves, pepper and fennel, all of which are cleaned for later use, as shown in the following figure.
2. Clean the pork first, then put it into the pot, and blanch the blood with boiling water for later use.
3. Put spiced marinade, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, white sugar and chicken essence into the empty pot, and then add meat. Pour water without meat, and bring it to a boil with a high fire, and turn it to a low heat.
4. Then simmer for 40 minutes until the chopsticks can be punctured, as shown in the figure below.
5. Finally, we take out the marinated meat, let it cool, and cut it into thin slices. The picture below shows the marinated meat.
