First of all, Magikarp:

Magikarp of different grades can be caught with a "low-level fishing rod" in any water area, and it can evolve into a Tyrannosaurus Rex when it reaches level 20.

If you don't want to go fishing, there is an old man selling Magikarp in the upper left corner of Jianyue Mountain PC Center. This is the earliest method. You can take it with you, or you can keep it in a breeding house. After reaching the level of 19, you can take it out and upgrade it to level 20 for evolution.

Second, Tyrannosaurus Rex:

Take the "Super Fishing Rod" to No.22 Road (on the way to Timely Plateau, on the left of Hall 8), and you will see a small rectangular pool. Fishing with a super fishing rod has a certain probability (about 50%) of catching Tyrannosaurus Rex, about 25 levels.
