The best rice cake is still the white, fluffy, sweet rice cake that I had as a child.
This time, I improved the preparation method and the result was surprisingly good.
Materials:
Rice, rice syrup, sugar, yeast.
Practice:
1, wash and soak the rice overnight;
2, put the rice into a food processor, add a small amount of water and grind it into a rice syrup;
3, take a small amount of rice syrup and put it into a large bowl and a small bowl respectively, and put the large bowl into the microwave oven to heat up for 30 seconds-60 seconds;
4, then put the cooked rice syrup in the large bowl into the raw rice syrup and mix well.
5. Add sugar and yeast to the small bowl of rice milk and mix well, then put it into a warm place to ferment (room temperature is fine in summer);
6. Ferment the rice milk well;
7. Pour the fermented rice milk into the other rice milk and mix well to ferment again;
8. Finally, put the fermented rice milk into a mold and steam for 15 minutes. Steam on the pot on high heat for 15 minutes.
