Wahoo Circle refers to Mackerel Circle District, in Liaoning Province.

The total area of Mackerel Circle District in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province is 268 square kilometers. The total population is 300,000 people (2004). District People's Government in Qiantangjiang Road 15, mackerel circle district jurisdiction over four streets, three towns.
