Bamboo Shoots Stir-Fry with Bacon
Practice:
1. Bamboo shoots, peeled and sliced
2. Garlic cloves, chili peppers, and garlic not yet chopped
3. Bacon blanched and cooked, then sliced
4. Bamboo shoots blanched for 2 minutes, then drained and set aside
5. Put a little bit of oil in the hot pan and pour in the bacon to fry out the excess fat
