Tomato and tofu soup
Main ingredients: tomatoes 60g, tofu 200g, mushrooms 50g
Accessories: oil moderate amount, salt moderate amount, onion moderate amount, ginger moderate amount, pepper 1.5g, soup essence 1.5g, water starch moderate amount, sesame oil moderate amount
Steps:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Soak tofu slices in lightly salted water, and mushrooms in lightly salted water for 10 minutes.
3. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water to remove the skin and cut into cubes.
4. Pour oil into the frying pan and stir fry the onion and ginger.
5. Pour in the tomatoes and stir fry for a moment.
6. Add the right amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add cleaned mushrooms and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add tofu.
9. Add salt.
10. Add stock essence.
11. Drizzle in the appropriate amount of water starch and mix well.
12. Finally, drizzle in sesame oil and turn off the heat.
