Thunderbolt puppet show, named after the word "Thunderbolt" in the title of each play, was written by Chris Huang, the director of "Ten Car Books", and was co-ordinated by Huang Wenze, a talented person with eight tones. It was founded by 1984 Thunderbolt City, but the familiar thunderbolt puppet show refers to 1988.

The plot is based on the three main characters of Thunderbolt: Su Huanjen, Bai Shi Jing Lun, and Ye Xiaochai, who is crazy about swords. The plot is dominated by magic, and the dramas are both interlocking and independent.
