A layer of taro paste, a layer of yogurt, a layer of oats, a layer of milk and a layer of gia seeds can be stacked layer by layer.

Third, tips.
1 Be sure to refrigerate for one night before eating! Oats and yogurt will become soft and sticky, and taste great.
2 oats should be instant oats ~ raw oats can't be soaked.
