The leaf form of collard greens is beautiful and colorful, and the heart leaves are as colorful as flowers, and the whole plant looks like a blooming peony, which is figuratively called "leaf peony".
Because of its preference for cooler climates, collard greens are hardy and can tolerate many short frosts, and in the winter and early spring when all flowers are fading, they are an excellent and indispensable material for open-air flower beds, flowerbeds, and potted plant displays.
