Pork belly a
Fresh shiitake mushrooms 4
Ham sausage or luncheon meat ten slices
Bamboo shoots a (small)
Lettuce a small half
Salt, ginger, lard, chicken broth, cornstarch in moderation
- Steps -
1. One pork belly, pressure cooker for 20-30 minutes. Split and cut into strips
2. Wash mushrooms, bamboo shoots, ham sausage and lettuce, cut into large slices
3. Put water and ginger slices in a pot, and boil
4. When the water boils, pour in the mushrooms, sliced bamboo shoots and lettuce slices, and put in the right amount of salt and oil, and cook them. Then put in the tripe and ham hock to cook. Starch with water and stir, pour into the pot and stir, a thin paste. Sprinkle some chicken essence, out of the pot
5. Plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion
