Ingredients: 30g of dried fish glue, 70g of red dates, 6 slices of old ginger, and appropriate amount of yellow rock sugar.
Methods/steps:
1. Soak the dried fish glue in advance;
2. Rinse the red dates and peel and slice the ginger;
