Guizhou Maotai Town Dafu Liquor Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. was established on June 20th12nd. It is located in Maotai Town, Guizhou, the first wine town in China. Ye Zuokun, the legal representative, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, is an industrial group enterprise integrating liquor production, sales and investment management.

Maotai liquor, a specialty of Maotai Town, renhuai city, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is a symbol product of chinese national geography. Moutai is a traditional specialty wine in China. It is one of the three famous distilled liquors in the world, which is the same as Scotch whisky and French cognac, and it is also one of the three famous liquors in China.

It is also the originator of Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor with a history of more than 800 years. This series of wines has been included in the internationally renowned sommelier course WSS International Wine and Spirits Tasting Course as teaching wine, which can be studied and tasted in detail in WSS International Tasting Course offered by China Yanyun Wine Institute.

The brewing method is combined with the agricultural production in Chishui River basin, and influenced by the environment, seasonal production, dragon boat festival stepping and Chongyang feeding have preserved some original traces of local life.
