Egg tuna sandwiches
For the weekend climbing preparation of sandwiches, simple and easy to do, take to work or spring and fall trips are very convenient at any time to eat!
Protein carbohydrates and vegetables are sufficient, perfect for fitness people, the taste can be comparable to the finished product sold outside, but the calories are too low. No additives, healthy and delicious!
Ingredients ?
1 can of tuna in water
Sweet corn kernels moderate
Skimmed yogurt moderate
Whole wheat toast 4 slices
Hydrated boiled egg 1
Lettuce moderate
Cheese (optional) 2 slices
Black pepper (optional) moderate
Lemon juice (optional) moderate
How to make egg tuna sandwich fitness edible ?
Remove the tuna from the can of tuna in water and remove as much water as possible.
Frozen sweet corn kernels are added to boiling water for 2-3 minutes, serve and add to tuna.
Replace dressing with low-fat cane sugar-free yogurt and add to tuna and sweet corn kernels, stirring well to form tuna salad.
Add lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
Toast the bread in a pan, front or back, to crisp it up a bit and make it taste better at that time, but it's okay to leave it untoasted.
Spread a layer of lettuce and a layer of tuna salad.
Another layer of lettuce, a layer of chopped poached eggs, then I added a very low calorie yellow mustard dressing and a slice of cheese on top.
Cover with a slice of toasted bread, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or greaseproof paper and cut.
The ingredients and order can be adjusted according to your own preferences, I usually put more vegetables, the last good to be pressed to wrap tightly.
Tips
1. cut hard-boiled eggs, try not to cut too much, the yolk will be too rotten
2. lettuce according to personal preference can be stacked with cucumber slices, tomatoes, onion rings, or other flat vegetables
