The quality varies from time to time, so there may be good honey or ordinary honey in any season, so the quality of honey mainly depends on the honey source and quality, which has little to do with the season.

The main honey varieties in spring are rape honey, Chinese milk vetch honey, vetch honey, apricot flower honey, citrus honey honey, twig honey, longan honey and rubber tree honey.

The main honey varieties in summer are locust honey, jujube honey, linden honey, spike honey, Vitex negundo, cotton honey, sweet clover honey and persimmon honey.

The main honey varieties in autumn are sunflower honey, Lespedeza honey, buckwheat honey and pumpkin honey.

The main honey varieties in winter are Yajiaomu honey, wild osmanthus honey, wild bazi honey, eucalyptus grandis honey and loquat honey.
