2. The picking standard of evergreen in Maoshan is fresh green tea with one bud and one leaf or one bud and two leaves. Fresh and tender tea leaves are picked, ventilated in the shade, refined through the processes of enzyme fixation, drying, rolling and drying, with fine workmanship.
3. It is advisable to brew the evergreen water of Maoshan with high-quality mineral water. The water temperature is about 80℃, and the brewed taste is fresh and tender. The water temperature should not be too high. Too high water temperature will lead to scalding of tea leaves and turbid tea soup.
