Step by step
First step
1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Peel the taro and cut it into small dices

3. Add water to the pot, add the taro dices into it and boil.

4. Boil water in a small pot, pour in the sago (no need to wash it) and cook for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.

5. Put the cooked sago in a small pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes or so.

6. Drain the sago in cold water.

7. Cook the taro dices in the pot until soft and cooked.

8. Add sago and stir well with a spoon.

9. Cook the sago until transparent, at which point add the coconut milk and milk. (Keep stirring the sago with a spoon to prevent it from sticking to the pan.)

10. Add icing sugar to taste.
