How to make Japanese omelette rice

Put the corn and carrots in the pot first Cook for three minutes until cooked through. Cut other ingredients into small pieces of about half a centimeter. You can cut some green onions to match the color.

Put some oil in the pot, add all the auxiliary ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the leftover rice and stir-fry. For example, add salt, chicken essence or tomato sauce or curry sauce to stir-fry. My favorite type of fried rice.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. You can add a little salt and mix well. You can also add 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon and mix well. The latter will make a thicker egg cake. .

Use a flat pot with a relatively large bottom, preferably a frying pan. Add a little oil, pour in the evenly stirred egg liquid over low heat, and slowly cook. Form into a round shape and the omelet will not burn. Leave some egg liquid in the bowl for later use.

When the egg liquid starts to solidify, pour the fried rice into half of the egg cake, leaving as much space as possible on the edge of the egg cake.

Lift up the other half of the egg cake and cover it with the rice to form a semicircle. Pour the remaining egg liquid on the edge of the overlapping egg liquid to make it look like a semicircle. The edges of the egg pancake adhere better. Turn off the heat.
