Method:
1. Wash the green onions, green peppers, and coriander and drain. Slice green onions, shred green peppers, cut coriander into sections, and slice garlic. Put them in a bowl and add salt.
2. Add essence, 1 spoon of chili powder, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, and 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix well (it can be mixed with rice or noodles).
