2. Wash the red pepper and cut it into small pieces.
3. Hot pot, pour oil
4. When the oil is hot, pour the peas into the pot and stir fry constantly.
Pour water when it is ripe in May or June.
6. Cover the pot and cook (it is easier to cook beans with the pot covered)
After 7.3 or 4 minutes, take a look and stir it with a spatula. If you can see the bean skin in the water, cook it for another minute or so (my dad has bad teeth, and it is easy to bite people after cooking for a while), and add red pepper, salt and monosodium glutamate.
8. Red peppers can be cooked when they are cooked.
