Seafood Udon
〖Main Ingredients〗An amount of shrimp, 1 bag of udon noodles
〖Accessories〗Clams, squid, crab sticks, coriander, salad Appropriate amounts of oil, salt, and sesame oil.
〖Method〗 Wash the fresh shrimps, separate the shrimp heads and bodies, add a small amount of oil to the pot, add the shrimp heads to 80% heat, and fry the shrimp oil.
2. Add water to boil, add prepared shrimp bodies, squid, then clams, and add salt at the same time.
