Step 1
Get the materials ready first. Cut the mango and mash it with a cooking machine (I pressed it directly with a spoon). Take out a container and add whipped cream, condensed milk and mango puree. Stir well.
Second step
Then beat it with an egg beater until it is thick, which is 50% to 60%.
Third step
Take out the container for putting the materials, which can be a rectangular lunch box (I use a rectangular glass box with a lock), or take out all other containers, then pour the delivered materials into the container, cover it and refrigerate it, and you can eat it the next day.

Condensed milk can be put more and less according to personal sweetness. Never add water, or there will be ice residue in the ice cream the next day. If mango is not sweet enough, sugar can be added to adjust the sweetness. I use Nestle condensed milk, and so does whipped cream.
