Prepare ingredients:
Eggplant, chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil, spicy millet, garlic, green onion
Method: 2 steps!
1 Cut the eggplant into small strips, steam over high heat for 5 minutes after the water boils, cool to dry and set aside.
2 Add the following to the eggplant:
1 tablespoon of chicken essence , 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of chili oil, spicy millet, minced garlic, and minced green onion. Pour into the hot oil, mix well and serve
